About RetroTape
RetroTape is a small independent store for collectors of VHS tapes. What started in 2019 as a box of rescued cassettes at a flea market has grown into a catalogue of carefully sourced tapes from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Every tape is inspected by hand: we check the shell, rewind the reels, test playback on a refurbished VCR and grade the sleeve condition before anything is listed.
Right now we're between warehouses. All inventory is packed away for the move, so everything is listed as out of stock. We expect to reopen ordering soon — thanks for your patience, and happy collecting.
